Return Requests

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Jemali is happy to offer a refund if you are unhappy with your online or in store purchase.

– The return must be within 30 days of purchase
– The item purchased wasn’t on sale
– All returned items must be unused and in its original condition as received, this includes all packaging and tags attached.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
– Please contact us if you would like to refund or exchange an item in person.
– If you require an online store credit you will be provided with a voucher/code word of your full purchased amount upon the return of goods to use online at your leisure.
– If your return meets refund requirements it will be processed in 1-2 business days once we have received your parcel.
– Your return or exchange must be posted via tracked post at your own expense. Jemali does not cover postage for change of mind returns.

SALE ITEMS
All Sale Items are final and cannot be returned. Jemali does not offer Refunds on Sale Items.

FAULTY
A refund or exchange will be given if your product is faulty. General wear and tear that occurs from normal use is not considered a fault.

To return an item please fill in our Refund Request form. Once we have received your form we will contact you with further return details.
